Science Matters: Dr. Joy O'Keefe, a biology professor at Indiana State University, talks about the importance of science and making sure science education is properly funded during Saturday evening's March For Science event that was held along with events all over the globe. The events were held to raise awareness about the impact cutting funding to science programs and science education would have on the world. Over one hundred people from all over the community gathered at the ISU fountain next to the Science Building to show supoort for the subject. Dr. Daniel J. Bradley, the Indiana State University President, also spoke about how the science program is one of the most important programs on campus.
