They stopped the movie: Sullivan resident Sonner Faught remembers as a seventeen-year-old Sullivan High School senior the day that Pearl Harbor was bombed in 1941. Faught was watching a movie at the Sherman Theater and it was stopped in order to announce the attack had happened.
