Theft: Mike Roe talks with Tribune-Star reporter Lisa Trigg Wednesday afternoon about the theft of a giant wreath from the side of the Bridgeton covered bridge. Theives removed two planks in the side of the bridge (R) to remove the wreath causing damage.
