Meet the candidates: Judy Bucholz of the League of Women Voters moderated the discussion Tuesday night in the Vigo County Annex. Democratic candidates for Vigo County Council, Districts two and four as well as candidates for prosecutor were invited. Bill Thomas and Steve Shaffer are the District 2 candidates while Curtis Debaun IV and April Johnson are vieing for the District 4 seat. Johnson could not attend the discussion. Hal Johnston and Gary Rider were the two taking part in the Discussion from the prosecutors race.
