He flew in one: West Terre Haute native Bernie Monaghan talks with a crew member of the B-17 bomber, Sentimental Journey, as he and his great-grandson, Hunter Monaghan, 5, climb aboard the aircraft Monday at the Terre Haute International Airport/Hulman Field. Monaghan flew in a B-17 during World War II as a tail gunner.
