End of a crime spree: A Terre Haute Fire Department firefighter stabilizes the neck of one of the three 17-year-old male juveniles who stole a car and crashed it while fleeing an Indiana State Police trooper Monday night near the intersection of Third Street and College Avenue. The three 17-year-old males walked away from the Gibault Children's Services of Terre Haute.
