For one who served: Sullivan American Legion Post 139 member John Parris places a flag into the ground near a veteran's grave marker Saturday at Center Ridge Cemetery. The flags that Parris and other volunteers were marking veterans' graves with were cleaned and pressed by Sonner and Joann Faught the week before.
