First new resident: Terre Haute City Forester Sheryl Dell shovels fill dirt around a new London plane which was the first tree to be planted in Fairbanks Park Tuesday. Helping with the planting are Melvin Scott, kneeling, and Buzz Kauffman, both of the Terre Haute Parks and Recreation Department.
