They took the checkered flag: Duke Energy Meter Tech Bill McCarty gives the checkered flag at the Wabash Valley Fairgrounds near the Terre Haute Action Track a new coat of paint on Tuesday. McCarty and District Manager Rick Burger were painting the area as other Duke Energy employees were tackling other projects as well during the Duke Energy in Action Day.
