Made a promise not to bully: Small hand prints cover a banner after they were placed there by West Vigo Elementary School kindergartners on Wednesday at the Terre Haute Children's Museum. The hand prints were part of an anti-bullying presentation made by members of the Vigo County Medical Alliance.
