Changes coming: This spot in the levee on the east side of West Terre Haute south east of the intersection of Riggy and McIlroy streets, will see changes. A fill of clay will be placed in the low spot and a new section of drain pipe will be added. As it now sits, the pipe must be closed when the river rises, leaving no where for rain water to go.
