Infected ash: Rudy Elkins of Elkins Brothers Tree Service on Wednesday cuts down an ash tree infected by the emerald ash borer along Seventh Street on the Indiana State University campus. The university is cutting down ash trees that are at least 50 percent destroyed by the borer beetle.
