Needs work: A semi tractor-trailer turns onto the eastbound on ramp of I-70 from southbound Indiana 59 Friday afternoon. This onramp, as well as the westbound off ramp and bridge deck of the interstate over Indiana 59 are due to be resurfaced starting on or after May 1.
