Think fast: Vigo County School Superintendent Danny Tanoos tosses a box of food to Orville Anderson. The two were at the YMCA helping load over a ton of food for the Vigo Schools’ Backpack program. The 1,300 pounds of food collected in the “Lose a ton, give a ton” program should last about three weeks, maybe four.
