Rescue training: Sugar Creek Fire Department firefighter and rescue technician Doug Hanna crawls out to fellow firefighter Hidekatsu Kajitani who was playing the "victim" who has fallen through the ice at Lazy L Lake in West Terre Haute on Tuesday. Members of Sugar Creek and Otter Creek fire departments were participating in the rescue scenarios and the tempreature was about 10 degrees during the training.
