Throwback ball game: Terre Haute was treated to a very entertaining history lesson when the Vermillion Voles Vintage Baseball Club squared off against the White Rier Baseball Club at Bob Warn Field. The two teams used equipment and uniforms from the post-Civil war era. The event preceeded the Terre Haute Rex game against Danville Saturday night. The event was put on by the Vigo County Historical Society to show baseball fans in the Wabash Valley what the sport they love used to look like.
