A thank you for your service: SPPRAK volunteer Chrissy John gives retired Terre Haute Police Department officer Brian Worley a kiss on the forehead as she delivers a balloon-o-gram to him at his family's home on Thursday. Members of SPPRAK, Special People Performing Random Acts of Kindness, delivered over 130 balloon-o-grams to members of local law enforcement as part of "Thank 'em Thursday." The project started last Saturday when members of the public were allowed to write a message of support on cards that were delievered with the balloons. John is a president of the THPD Spouse Auxilliary and has been supportive of Worley after his diagnosis with ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
