Tribune-Star/Jim Avelis Reconstruction: Police technicians place reconstruction markers at the scene of a fatal accident at 8th and Hulman streets Friday morning. A pickup truck was struck by a larger SUV. The driver of thetruck was killed and the driver and passenger of the SUV fled the scene.
