Tribune-Star/Austen LeakeGood eats: One of the founding members of the Twisted Fry food truck DeSean Prentice hands an order of fries to a soon to be satisfied customer at the first "Grill and Chill" event. After debuting the food truck last Thursday night the food truck decided to host an event from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Thompson Thrift parking lot at 901 Wabash. "These first few days have been incredible. We've experienced selling out and happy customers. We've learned so much in the past few days and there is much more to come,” said Devyn Mikell, another one of the founding members. Although there are no concrete plans for more Sunday events Mikell says they hope to have many more.
