Tribune-Star/Jim Avelis Rarified: The Northern Arizona University campus sits at 7,800 feet in elevation near the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The cross country runners there frequently run a training course that takes them over 8,000 feet. The Lumberjacks are ranked 3rd nationally in Men's cross country.
