Let the planting of perennials begin: Apple House employee Charlie Cummins prunes a Cardinal Flowering Crapabble tree on Sunday at the gardening business off of Third Street. Cummins' uncle and co-owner of the Apple House, Tom Cummins, says its okay now to plant perennials, trees and shrubbery.
