A preemie returns: As an infant, Boy Scout Noah Todd was a premature infant himself and was taken care of by the staff at Union Hospital. Now, for his Eagle Scout project, Todd has created Blessing Boxes for the patients and families of the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
