Its a literacy thing: Ouabache Elementary students are sprayed with Silly String by teachers Ali West and Micahlyn Allen during the Dr. Seuss Parade on Friday at the school. West and Allen were dressed as Dr. Seuss characters Thing #1 and Thing #2.
