She related to some of those heroes: Tonya Thompson holds a sign in praise of those who werved in the military during the annual Veterans Day parade on Saturday on Wabash Avenue. Thompson said her father and oldest brother served and her son, Parker Thompson, is a junior at Terre Haute North and is in the Air Force JROTC.
