GarzaFPV: William Ramsey, an Indiana State University sophomore from Muncie, controls a drone he uses for racing during a demonstration for law enforcement on Tuesday at the Simmons Student Activity Center on the ISU campus. Ramsey was wearing FPV googles or first person view goggles that allowed him to see the drone camera's point of view.
