Put to good use right away: After he received a new harmonica from Lt. Col. Matt Miller, professor of military science for the Wabash Battalion Army ROTC program, U.S. Army veteran and Medal of Honor recipient Sammy Lee Davis put it to good use with a performance of "Oh, Shenandoah" on Friday on the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology campus.
