Connie Conway hands the brick dedicated to World War II U.S. Army veteran Thomas Klotz, Sr., to volunteer Zac Wilson for installation in the Vigo County Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday at Memorial Stadium. 48 bricks were placed in the park on Saturday.
