Let there be light: Terre Haute Mayor Duke Bennett (left) and Santa Claus (right) joined Sally Whitehurst, First Financial vice president, at Deming Park on Monday evening for the 33rd annual lighting of Christmas in the Park. Prizes will be awarded to the organizations that decorated the shelters on December 9, at 6 p.m.. Christmas in the Park begins at dark each night and can be viewed from the car.
