Let's try for more than 5,000: Hamilton Center CEO Mel Burks encourages walkers ready for the Terre Haute Diversity Walk to bring even more people to the rescheduled walk after he announced it would be postponed due to inclement weather on Saturday off of Wabash Avenue. With a steady rain, lightning and thunder storms in the area, Burks decided to postpone the walk for the safety of the walkers, staff and volunteers.
