A new dock at the park: Kyle Fleenor of Deaton's Waterfront Service pulls an EZ Dock along the bank of the Wabash River as Mike Deaton rides the structure to help guide it on Tuesday at Fairbanks Park. Fleenor, Deaton and Ryan Uhrick assembled the dock on Tuesday for the Vigo County Parks and Recreation Department.
