Deaton's Waterfront Service employees Drew Flanders and Ryan Uhrick walk down the bridge to the new dock to complete their work at Fairbanks Park on Thursday. Flanders, Uhrick and several Terre Haute Parks and Recreation employees installed the dock which will allow residents to boat and fish on the Wabash River.
